Materials of Construction
Our materials of construction for the Immersion Coil Heat Exchanger consists of either polypropylene, PVDF, or PTFE for the frame, and either FEP, PFA, or PTFE for the tubing. Custom designs may include other fluoropolymer materials such as ETFE, ECTFE or PCTFE.
Advantages
The advantages of our heat exchanger products over alternative designs include:
- Low operating cost - The operating cost includes maintenance such as inspection, cleaning, downtime, and repair. This is primarily due to the relatively simple design that involves no plastic welding joints
- No weld joints - Unlike metals that are subject to more rapid degradation under aggressive pickle bath conditions, our heat exchangers withstand aggressiveness
- Off the shelf repair kits - In case of an unlikely event of accidental tube damage, these kits enable a quick repair of the tubing
- No tube bundling - The strong tubing coils are optimally spaced so acid flow and therefore heat transfer is maintained without fouling.
- Constant operating efficiency - Fluoropolymers such as PTFE, FEP or PFA, are inherently “non-stick”, so fouling by scale deposition is minimized, assuring a constant operating efficiency that does not decrease over time. No other material, except natural diamond, inhibits sticking of the pickle bath particulates more than fluoropolymers

What makes a good heat exchanger?
High fluid velocity, high turbulence, high surface area and a large temperature differential all contribute to more efficient heat transfer. However, different designs are more efficient than others depending on the application. There are three common kinds of heat exchangers.

Q: Do you manufacture your products in house?
A: Most of our products are manufactured in-house at our factory.Some accessory items are not.
Q: Can I get the riser on my L-shaped aquaculture heater longer/shorter?
A: Yes.There is no price difference for making a heater with a middle riser,but there maybe a cost adder for a longer riser.
Q: What Third Party Approvals do your products carry(CE?)
A: Almost all of our products are CE compliant.
Q: How late can you ship?
A: Normally 7 days after comfirmed the order.
PACKING & SHIPPING
In our company,various packing methods are adopted according to different product features,such as carton boxes,wooden case etc.For electroplating plant equipment ,we can discuss it together and choose the most suitable one.
As for shipment,different ways have their own advantage and disadvantage:
By sea: the cheapest,suitable for large amounts,but take more time
By Air: faster, more convenient, expensive
By Express: more flexiable, door to door, expensive
